Refund Policy
At Genuinely Elevate LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services, courses, and resources that empower individuals to embrace self-love, build confidence, and step boldly into their purpose.
We value your trust and want to ensure you have clarity about our refund process. Please review our policy below:
1. Digital Products & Online Courses
- Due to the immediate access provided to our digital products (such as eBooks, workbooks, challenges, or online courses), all sales are final and non-refundable.
- If you encounter any technical issues accessing your product, please contact us at genuinelyelevate@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase so we can resolve the issue promptly.
2. Coaching Services & Masterclasses
- Coaching sessions, masterclasses, and live trainings are non-refundable once purchased.
- If you cannot attend a live masterclass, you will receive access to the replay (when available).
- For 1:1 coaching sessions, if you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions not canceled within 24 hours may be forfeited.
3. Events & Conferences
- Tickets for events and conferences hosted by Genuinely Elevate LLC are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another person by emailing us at genuinelyelevate@gmail.com at least 7 days before the event.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life can bring unexpected challenges. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, solely at the discretion of Genuinely Elevate LLC.
